This collection is inspired by one of the early artists that shaped the pop art movement - Jasper Johns. Johns has many interesting sculptures, prints and paintings. I decided to concentrate on one of his famous subject – “targets”.

For Johns the target stops being a sign and becomes an image: the center is not more important than the other circles that form it.

I would like my jewellery to have an association with a target – to make people aim their vision on the object and the wearer.

In my project I took a two-dimensional target and converted it into a three-dimensional shape. The items are made using two types of semitransparent acrylic and sterling silver.
